Customer Rating: Summary: It works for me. Comment: I have been pleasantly surprised. This product works very well for me. I am able to fall asleep easily (I go to bed an hour or so after taking 2 tablets) and, if I awaken during the night, I'm able to fall back to sleep pretty quickly.
We who don't sleep easily must, of course, follow a good sleep hygiene protocol. I tried the Tylenol PM and even had prescriptions for sleep but always woke up with a hung over feeling. The other reviewers didn't like this product much but I don't drink caffeine, alcohol or drugs. I don't eat much in terms of carbs and fats either. (I'm not saying the other reviewers do) So, I think the combination of my healthy diet without all those processed food chemicals make it easier for this product to work for me. This is also a great price because the store charges $9.99 for 30.
So, if you don't eat lots of chips and drink lots of soda this product should work for you. That ended my use of the product.
