Comment: I tried this for about 2 weeks but my allergy symptoms are still same. Sometimes I feel like my stuffy nose problems gets worse after I try saline solution. I would not recommend this for stuffy nose problem.

Comment: I can't tell enough people about this stuff - I've had sinus problems since I was a kid, and had surgery twice. Chronic allergies, and various colds mean I used to end up with multiple severe sinus infections every year. I use SinuCleanse year round and it has helped immeasurably. Instant relief from congestion, no rebound effect, decreased severity of allergies and cold, and my now very infrequent sinus infections are shorter in duration, and milder in severity. Certainly you could concoct your own homebrew version, but the prepacked one is sterile, buffered, perfectly portioned, and it's cheap!
