Summary: Not for sensitive skin!!
Comment: My husband bought this razor before Christmas (of course he threw away the receipt), and it did give him a very close shave, BUT- it irritated his skin. He kept using it, thinking that he would get used to it, and tried using different lotion products, but to no avail. HE has to be careful not to shave too close! So if you have sensitive skin, keep your receipt!

Comment: This has got to be the best electric razor I have ever used/owned. I have used razors from Norelco, Remmington, Shick - etc before, and this has to be the best. I used to get irritation and razor burn on my neck from the others I have used, but this one doesn't do that. The shave is comparable to any other Norelco razor, if not better. The Nivia lotion and the redisgned head is what makes this razor work as well as it does. I waited a long time to buy this razor because I had another Norelco product already, but I am grateful that I broke my other one and had to replace it now. I highly recommend this razor series to anyone in the market.
