Summary: Great product, but maintenance is VERY important
Comment: This trimmer works extremely well and is very easy to use, BUT every once in a while you must soak the cutting head in warm, soapy water to clean the blade assembly. If you don't do this simple maintenance then the cutter won't function. I suspect that the heavier your hair growth, the more often the soaking should be done.
I recommend this product.

Comment: No pulls, no tugs, comfortable very very close cut.
Well built, very sturdy. We will see what happens when I drop it on a hard surface. Most trimmers stop working after being dropped. Right now it is the best trimmer I have ever used and I have been through a lot of them.

Comment: I ordered this trimmer despite some negative reviews and am delighted with it. I have had it for several weeks now, used it several times and had absolutely no problems with it at all. It works great, no pulling, no pain, just a nice neat clipping of nuisance hair in the nose and ears. I find it fun to use. The negatives I have heard are that it stops working after a few times. On the contrary, I have found it working perfectly. Highly recommend it.

Summary: Poor Construction
Comment: The switch on my trimmer was defective and literally worked only two times despite the installation of new batteries. The plastic packaging had to be destroyed to remove the trimmer making any return inconvenient. If I was simply unlucky and received the only one of thousands that was improperly constructed, this review should be ignored. If not, be warned. Many of us don't have time to fool with manufacturing defects that should have been caught on inspection before products are packaged.
