Summary: Does Not Affect Taste of Beverages
Comment: Benefiber is a fiber supplement that comes in powder form. It dissolves in beverages without affecting the taste of the beverage. Someone in my family used this product without any other modifications to diet or exercise, and a marked decrease in triglyceride and cholesterol levels resulted.

Comment: It is almost perfect. You can mix it with almost anything and it has lot of calcium. Well, it does give me gas. Not everyone has the same problem.

Comment: I am dieting, seriously, and while I have no need for "regulation", I am trying to increase my fiber intake without wasting too many calories on it. I also don't want to be bothered with mixing powders, or chewing tablets. This seems to do the trick. I would guess that it will remain part of my diet. Just wish they came in larger quantity containers. When you are taking 4 to 6 a day, the bottle doesn't last long. So far I've lost 25 pounds and have only 39 to go. And, importantly, I am staying healthy.
