Comment: Okay ladies, this product rocks!! I want to tell you that there is an adjustment period of about 4 days.........You also must drink the 8-10 glasses of water. BUT THE PRODUCT WORKS.......I am sharing with all my friends. I lost 10 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks.

Comment: I have tried numerous other over the counter pills and MANY diets! Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc This is the first thing that has worked for me. It is not magic. I still need to watch what I eat and perform at least SOME exercises - however, I take one pill a day and my appetite is greatly curbed. No more binging and I can push away from the table easily. I have lost the 20 pounds where I was plateaued. I have 10 more to lose and I will be a VERY happy person! It doesn't happen overnight - it didn't go on overnight!

Comment: I didn't even get through the first day on this stuff without feeling nauseous and dizzy with rapid heart beat. I would not recommend anyone taking this unless you check with your doctor first.
