We have formulated with extra folic acid, iron, and Vitamin B-12 for proper fetal development, and a high potency of the Omega-3 fatty acid DHA (from highly purified, low-odor fish oil) to support fetal and postnatal vision, neurological, and brain development. The addition of alfalfa leaf and ginger oil promotes healthy digestion in expectant mothers.

Comment: I feel that the Female care PureGels are a better option than the PreNatal ones. I believe that unnecessary weight can possibly occur. Also the acids can possibly cause more problems than with the female care PureGels. I love both, but have some reservations on the PreNatal ones. Comment: Bought for wife, as she was asked by doctor to take. Originally, got prescription for similar at Walgreen's...which was alot more $$$. This is a great deal and worth the savings!!!

Comment: I love these vitamins. The softgels are easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. They really aren't all that expensive if you compare the cost to that of buying expecta lipil dha and a prenatal vitamin, this is actually cheaper.

Comment: my wife was unable to stomach the pills in her 1st trimester due to the fishy taste and bloatedness caused by the oil.
im only hoping she can manage them from her 2nd trimester else it will be a waste of the 3 bottles i got

Comment: This is a really good vitamin. With my morning sickness, these are they only pills that do not make me want to vomit when I take them or smell them. They also go down really easy, just make sure you take 2, 2 times a day, which makes your total intake to 4 a day.
