Comment: This is a great product that really does help! I purchase them for my mother and here is what she had to say about how well they work:
They don't have a great taste when taking them but they seem to lessen the frequency and severity of hot flashes. If purchasing this product don't expect the problem to quickly go away but after taking them for some time I can definitely note a difference in how often and the overal experiences I do have are improved. They are definitely worth giving a try if you are suffering from frequent hot flashes.
