Summary: Absolutely Love This Product
Comment: I came down with some sore knees after my first marathon. Took this as noted on bottle, 3 times a day for 4 months. My knees both on the outside and in felt refreshed, obviously has to do with no running as much either. A combination of rest and this stuff with low miles helps the keep the tendinitis away.
I've also heard from a coworker that he had serious back pains and his doctor told him about this. (How I came to try it) He is no longer in the pain he was in but it did not make him pain free.
Great product, Recommend to anyone who does high levels of activity for extra join lubrication or someone is in pain.
