Comment: It's not the be-all and end-all of pain relief gels but it sure feels better to do something than nothing when you're hurting. I have patella fermeral pain in my knees and it takes the edge off for a few minutes.

Comment: I would reccomend this product verses the store brands. I have MS and Firbromyalgia and this product realy helps with soreness. My Neurologist first gave me a sample and I have been using it since. Family memebers also use this and get the same result.

Comment: Biofreeze was recommended by my Doctor for temporary relief from muscle pain. Works like a champ! I use the 16 oz. pump bottle but its also available in travel sizes to get thru the airport screening.

Comment: This is so much better than Ben Gay and such.
I would recommend this to anyone who has sore muscles or joints it helps so much and at one point I was a non believer but it has become a permanent part of my bathroom supplies. It is a little more expensive than the store bought products but it is definitely worth it.
