Summary: Nature comes through again!
Comment: While in conflict with an insurance company I was forced to seek an herbal alternative for the anti-depressant I had been taking since suffering a head injury in 2004. I tried SAM-e as a last resort and was most pleasantly surprised. It does an excellent job of keeping my emotions leveled out and allowing me to function without having the sort of "meltdown" I have when I don't take an anti-depressant.
